Mendoza Shopping

Located in the city of Mendoza, the largest mall in western Argentina underwent a comprehensive modernization process led by Stuck99 Studio. The project included three main interventions aimed at updating its image, improving the visitor experience, and optimizing the functionality of the spaces.

The first intervention focused on the east façade, where a new contemporary architectural style was implemented, featuring clean lines, dramatic lighting, and modern materials. This phase encompassed over 600 m² of façade and 400 m² of coffered ceiling in the main vehicular entrance.

The second intervention consisted of a complete renovation of the mall's restrooms, distributed across more than ten sanitary facilities, with a total area exceeding 300 m². New finishes, lighting, and highly durable fixtures were incorporated. This renovation also extended to the company's other shopping center, Ribera Shopping, in the city of Rosario.

Finally, the cinema entrance was redesigned, creating a double-height space and a new lighting design that enhances the scale and character of the area, integrating it into the overall design language of the shopping center.
